Item arrived quickly and as described.
Zach at the Goodlettsville TN store was very helpful and accommodating. I bought a Hartke 500 watt bass head. When I brought it home it had an unexplainable issue that I could acheive the tone I was looking for. I took it back and Zach and I A/B'd it versus another unit and found it did have something funky going on with the front end of the amp. We swapped for the other unit and it is working fine.
