I was under the assumption that my product would be brand new in the box but turns out it was a demo which is in good working order as far as I know, it looks new, so it’s OK considering the price I am happy
Very good experience. They helped me get a great deal on a guitar. The Rep. was very helpful. The only negative is they set up an account without asking me first. Had to call back a few months later to cancel it.
The sales staff were very knowledgeable and steered away from what I thought I wanted to a product that fit my needs much better. The order had to be sourced from four locations which complicated invoicing and shipping on Sam Ash’s part, but the staff was happy to do and get the ship dates all coordinated. Excellent, knowledgeable and friendly service!
I recent purchase a used guitar. I called the store directly that had it and I was assisted by someone who answered every question. They were extremely helpful. The guitar was shipped within 2 days. It was expertly packed and arrived in new condition. I would gladly purchase more musical instruments and accessories from Sam Ash stores. It was a great experience.
Guitar arrived within two days It was in flawless condition Plays great and it’s the second one I have ordered from SamAsh Both was fantastic. The only difference was the Ice Tea Finish had more red in the online photos and it did not have the Allen set for the truss rod adjustment. But other than that it was great. I am more than happy with the guitar. I will definitely buy again from SamAsh. I like the Guitars of distinction due to knowing which guitar you get. Couldn’t recommend it any higher.
