Waited over 2 weeks to get my order, called customer service twice, was told a toggle switch was broke & the tech was off but due back the next day The guitar was In one piece fortunately. The packing left something to be desired. Guitar wrapped in bubble wrap & put in a box. Seriously surprised it made it. The toggle switch had not been repaired & overall left me happy to finally receive my guitar but the experience could have been much better.
Christopher Donnelly was very helpful with my purchase of a Fender Jazzmaster. I am very satisfied with his help and the quick delivery.
