Sam Ash has earned my highest praise for their speedy processing and shipping of my order. Quite frankly, I was impressed that they used FedEx instead of UPS. FedEx always seems to be both faster and more reliable. I ordered a new Fender Strat guitar, plus a Fender amplifier. Both items were well-packaged and arrived in tip-top shape! Oh, did I forget to mention pricing? There is none better than Sam Ash!

I was immensely surprised at the speed of this delivery. And the extra discount at check out was a shockingly happy occasion! This was my second purchase from Sam Ash (I purchased a Korg A120 back in 2002 I think it was). There were other competitors to whom I could have gone (including the manufacturer's site); but I am very happy with the purchase. The shipping was super fast, the sub arrived within a week. There was some confusion on my part, the sub was called an ELX118P, which is the powered version, and I did not read the ad thoroughly, which said it was a passive. Not a big deal, it’s a great sub, and I’m converting it to powered.
