Everything was great until I got my order and there was no power cord. I tried to contact the Sam Ash in Texas where I bought it and their phone wasn't working properly. I then called the Sam Ash in Clearwater FL. The manager guaranteed me that he would get back to me one way or the other and would try to resolve it. Eventually I got a hold of the store inTexas and they overnighted the cord to the store in Clearwater instead of to me like I asked.
