An easy transaction after months of research. I had been looking for a good digital piano for home use and settled on a Roland. There are several online retailers to choose from. Ordered an open box discount special. Had no idea what the condition of the guitar would be but I was prepared for a slightly used guitar in exchange for the savings. The box arrived securely packaged, double boxed in sturdy cardboard. To my complete surprise the “open box special” held a guitar still in it’s original factory wrap. I needed a keyboard quickly and contacted Sam Ash on a Sunday afternoon. My associate listened to what I needed, and my price range, and found me a Yamaha keyboard that was on sale, for $100 of the regular price. He saved me a trip to the store by telling me the demo was pretty beat up, but he could order one of the two remaining in the warehouse in Tampa. So I did, and it arrived on Tuesday! Yea for Sam Ash!
