The guitar came in in perfect condition when they said it was gonna be delivered and I didn’t have a problem and I opened the case and it sounded beautiful Thank you very much Chickie Fichera

Great deal on a really nice Michael Kelly OP5 bass. Shipping store called to verify open box was OK. Loving the 35” scale of the OP5.

I didn’t understand my order wasn’t fulfilled. I called to verify and was told the items ordered were no longer available and this is why it wasn’t fulfilled. Processed a new order with an acceptable and comparable product. Received the order a few days ago and tested it to make sure it was working properly. Even though I would have preferred the original order… I’m very happy with the alternate - and I saved approximately $300. My associate in the phone was professional and provided great assurance.
When the order was delayed, I contacted a phone rep. He found the cause of the delay and rectified the situation the same day, getting everything back on track. He was very helpful and kept me informed on his progress.
