Customer Service Is great when you call and extremely helpful. The problem is having to call in the first place. i have a Sam Ash credit card and every time I try to just order something online with the card there is a problem and i have to call customer service. They always get me fixed right up, but I really shouldn't have to call to simply place an order using my Sam Ash credit card.Ā
