Customer Service Is great when you call and extremely helpful. The problem is having to call in the first place. i have a Sam Ash credit card and every time I try to just order something online with the card there is a problem and i have to call customer service. They always get me fixed right up, but I really shouldn't have to call to simply place an order using my Sam Ash credit card.

I placed my order online for in-store pick-up at a store where it said the product was in stock. I ordered acoustic guitar strings. I was emailed same day that they were ready for pick up, but I arrived the next day to pick them up. Upon arriving, the gentleman brought me the strings and they were the wrong strings and also for electric guitars. Thankfully, the correct strings were still in stock and I was given what I ordered.
