I've been a repeat customer at Sam Ash since before 2016 and I've tried likely competitors like Guitar Center, 8th Street Music and Reverb etc but the one thing that has turned me into a " brand loyal" customer is the personal attention the gang at Sam Ash Franklin Mills location in Philly pays to each individual customer!! I ordered parts for my Ludwig drums yesterday by via telephone. Chris, the represenative from Sam Ash Music was very helpful over the phone. My order is complete and Iam awaiting shipment and delivery. When I receive my items, I will write another review.
