Sam Ash was great in helping our church to get a new Korg Keyboard...it was the last one in the warehouse and I'm grateful they still had one. The salesperson went above and beyond to make sure things worked out right, and I would highly recommend the Sarasota store for your music needs in the area.

My credit card declined the transaction and I received a call from Sam Ash to tell me what the next steps should be. The person who called was kind and was able to deliver the product to the store for me with 2 day shipping. It was raining in my area and I didn't want to potentially miss the delivery. The people at the store were kind as well and gave me a thumbs up on my purchase. Great customer service all around.
