Sam Ash had the product I wanted at the best price. Super fast shipping, had the product the same week I ordered even though I chose ground. Very pleased.
The customer service online is way better than in person at the store. I have been helped by Adam B and by Andrew and all the times they go beyond. When I go to the store with my son, we have to wait long periods or they are not that helpful because they have other people to attend. I always prefer to shop online and get help online. is the best!

awesome! I was very impressed by the quality, and very happy with my new Kramer guitar. I have been playing for 40 years, and there is no need for super expensive equipment. I was also surprised to find it in tune right out of the box. They did send me for a bit of a loop though , just for a second; They shipped it in an Ibanez box, so for a second, I was like oh no the wrong one, but opened the box to find the correct one..lol.
