I could not place my order for two bass drum heads on the Sam Ash webite. So I phoned SA and spoke with Chris Donnley. He was most friendly and helpful at fullfilling my order. And that took some doing since the 24" Remo Blake Suede are uncommon and had to come from seperate sources. But the order arrived on schedule in two boxes. Bravo Sam Ash !
