I called in on a Saturday - the day that Sam Ash was having a flash 15% off sale. I was looking for a specific 4 string bass guitar, and Mr. Rivera told me they did not have any in stock. I asked him if he might check to see if they had a clean used model, and within maybe a half a minute he located one for me, and the rest is history! I could not place my order for two bass drum heads on the Sam Ash webite. So I phoned SA and spoke with Chris Donnley. He was most friendly and helpful at fullfilling my order. And that took some doing since the 24" Remo Blake Suede are uncommon and had to come from seperate sources. But the order arrived on schedule in two boxes. Bravo Sam Ash !
