Brand new product
Spent hours on chats with several diffent companies trying to install a DAW…i mean over 8 hours😡 Sweetwater tech got on my compter remotely and within an hour it was installed on my mac, my interface was also hooked up…i was in business😁
The customer service was amazing. The guy that helped us over the phone to find the items we were looking for was amazing and super helpful. I hope every customer service would be this way.
