Prompt and excellent customer service
I was able to get the lowest possible price on an amplifier, which was a fantastic deal. The sales rep helped me out the entire way.
The used pedal I purchased was packed with plenty of protection and shipped out the next business day. A great price and quick turnaround. Can’t ask for much more than that.

Great experience with good people at Sam Ash. Unfortunately, the instrument did not make it to it's destination on time, more of a Fed-X error than anyone at Sam Ash.
I had to call customer service about my order because I was concerned it wouldn’t be ready for pickup from SamAsh in time for Christmas. Customer Service was wonderful; tracking the order and giving me a specific order number to use when calling the store to arrange pickup. Pickup was a breeze, and my gift recipient was thrilled (a loop pedal).
