After establishing my account my order was cancelled 3 times by the automated order system. I called Sam Ash customer service where Steve was able to get the order completed. I then found that my account had failed to refund my bank on the second cancellation. Jon was able to have that remedied in short order. The cancellations were due to the automated order system deciding that my orders were potentially fraud. The staff at Sam Ash made it right in very short time. I score the store and staff 5 stars.
