I ordered a Dean EVO XM bass on the website knowing that it was on backorder. After more than a month later, I contacted customer service just to get an ETA on the order. The CSR that helped me was Jason H. He was friendly and told me he would call Dean Guitars to get an ETA himself, then get back to me. Jason did exactly that. After establishing my account my order was cancelled 3 times by the automated order system. I called Sam Ash customer service where Steve was able to get the order completed. I then found that my account had failed to refund my bank on the second cancellation. Jon was able to have that remedied in short order.
