Excellent service
The Fender Champion 20 amp was the only thing my 17 year old grandson asked for this Christmas. Sold out everywhere. When I checked Sam Ash they showed limited availability. When Chris Donnelly popped up in the chat option he was unbelievably helpful every step of the way. Best customer service experience ever!

Purchased a used guitar online, no complaints as far as online shopping experience goes. The descriptions/details that were provided helped tremendously with my shopping/searching process, especially considering I was buying something used. By comparison, another major guitar store's inventory only included 1 small picture and either none or very little additional info. So this definitely influenced where I was buying from. I ordered a Dean EVO XM bass on the website knowing that it was on backorder. After more than a month later, I contacted customer service just to get an ETA on the order. The CSR that helped me was Jason H. He was friendly and told me he would call Dean Guitars to get an ETA himself, then get back to me. Jason did exactly that.
