My experience was good. I received a good price and the guitar was a great guitar. Unfortunately I had to returned it. They took too long to process my return and to redound my money back. 2 weeks. This is too much. Compare with other music stores they redound you as soon as I got the instrument back. But I still thinking is a good store.

Amazon Pay was the only choice on the .com site so I had to make my credit card purchase with a sales rep on the phone. It went fine but I could've done it myself if more payment options were available on the .com site. I love the amp and it was pack well!
