Marc Wasserman is the amazing person who helped me find the right Yamaha upright keyboard. He was so informative and kind as it was a big decision for me. I don’t think I could have had a better experience. He followed up after the delivery and was always available for any questions I had. A company is only as good as the people who represent them!

Easy to order, fast shipping, came a day early. I'm keeping the guitar but they have a flexible return policy. Good transaction.
I have to say, Sam Ash has been very good to me. I have bought 3 guitars there and returned 2 of them for no other reason than they just didn't suit my needs, no problems with the guitars at all. The third one is perfect for me and a keeper. There was never any problem returning the first two, strictly no questions asked and very polite about it at the San Antonio location, the guy I dealt with there was great. At this point they have become my go to store for feeding my unfortunate guitar habit.
I wasn’t an in store sale . I did my research and had a good idea what I wanted . So I called the store. And spoke with a sales representative. I told him what I was looking for . And gave him the model numbers . After pulling them up in the computer. We discussed the difference between them . And he gave me his recommendation. He was very helpful.
The purchase was easy and delivery was fast. Sam Ash always provides great service.
