Delivery time was excellent although i had to change the address because it originally accepted a PO Box. Puerto Rico uses USPS as any other state. The box was scuffed and full of shipping stickers and i wanted to gift this item. Now i have to wrap it. You could make a little effort in protecting the original packaging. Have not opened the package so i hope article is intact. The service i received by phone was excellent. The person who emailed me did not reply after asking me for a new address.
Sam Ash is outstanding and has been so for the past half century I’ve used them for musical equipment needs. Ordered a bass and amp for my grandson in the midst of holiday rush. It came by mail two days later. Very reasonable price and wonderfully helpful salesman… named Andy. Professionals all.
