The rep I spoke with on the phone was super helpful. She went to the sales floor and got the guitar I was interested in so that she could answer my questions about it. I ended up purchasing the guitar. There was a little hiccup with the ordering system and it took a while, but otherwise it was a smooth transaction. The guitar arrived in just 2 days after I bought it. It was well packed and everything that went with it was in the case.
