I explained that I was looking for a new drum kit for my wife and he found me a beautiful vintage 1965 Ludwig set and helped me pair it with the perfect Ludwig snare drum. He kept me updated with shipping info, and even followed up after delivery to make sure everything arrived safe and sound and that I was happy with my purchase.
