Sam Ash is one of the best retail outlets - not only as it relates to musical equipment - but retail outlets in general. I bought my first acoustic guitar in 1971 from your Hempstead store. I have spent $1000's over the years on guitars and other equipment and have never been disappointed. This was my first online experience and it too, was fantastic. Thank you very much for your great service over the years, and I look forward to my next purchase.

This experience was awesome. Steve at the Ohio store on mayfield rd was awesome!! The previous attempt to buy from samash.com online was the worst experience I have ever had with a music store. Rude. But Steve in Ohio was awesome. I give him 5 stars. I will call Steve if I ever need samash again.
