I ordered a Martin D12e from the website and it arrived in a timely manner, opened the box and noticed the action was higher than I expected because that model has the Plek procedure, so I closed up the box and returned it to the nearest Samash store in Orange Park , Fl . Where , I was cordially greeted by a young lady I simply told her I had a return and she called the manager who processed the turn with no questions asked.
