Sent a guitar with neck separating from body. Return was easy. Bad communication afterward. Customer service was mediocre.
Purchase experience was good but shipping took 5+days and the shipping box had substantial damage from Fedex. Luckily the guitar was fine because of the case.

New Gretsch guitar arrived packed in a single box (no outer carton) despite traveling across the country (Las Vegas to Central Ky). When the box was opened, I discovered that one of the pickguard screws was missing and the pickguard was scratched, as though the instrument had been used. Searching through the bottom of the box, I found the missing screw, washer and nut for the pickguard and was able to re-attach and secure the pickguard.
