Wyatt is incredible! He’s professional, easy to work with, empathetic, and simply rad. I was frustrated after dealing with someone less than helpful in one of the stores and was about to bail on the whole deal. Wyatt talked me off the ledge and helped to smooth things over. Wyatt was a great help to me a couple weeks ago. I am not a musician, my boyfriend is and does a lot of live gigs. I wanted to get him a nice birthday gift. It was fantastic! I've bought a guitar on website in April and, according pro specialist Michael Desoto, the guitar would be safe in a Miami SamAsh Store that I indicate, where I went in July to pick it up. Everything perfect! I was very well attended by Fernando, from SamAsh's Miami Lakes. Great guy!Â

My Sam Ash rep David told me about the Michael Kelly guitars that are available. I purchased one and could not believe how great this guitar is for the price. The roasted maple neck has a beautiful flame to it and the pickups sound great. Playability is awesome.Â
