Fast shipping, great product as advertised
I recently purchased a Fender Jazz bass from the the Sam Ash website. When the bass arrived there was a crack in the neck. Totally a quality Fender control issue and no fault of Sam Ash. I called the customer service hotline and the representative said I could bring it to my local Sam Ash store for a replacement or refund. Jorge at the Margate Fl. location helped process the return and found the exact bass replacement for me. I’m very happy with the customer service of Sam Ash.
Service was just ok. Wished the associate had more experience and knowledge of products. Also there needs to be people of color working there. Would then shop more often.

Box was received torn open but you had it packed securely. Vocopro system sounds good but has a tendency to lose sound . I hope it will be OK when I have to use it on July 7th .
Awesome! The delivery was unexpectedly super fast. The product is exactly what I wanted and the quality couldn't be better.
It arrived on time, but upon initial setup I discovered that it had a broken neck plate screw that caused difficulty in setup adjustments.. this Epiphone product is not of the quality that I expected from the brand.
