Your staff, especially Christian at the Hollywood location, were super helpful and communicative to me. I had an order I was having trouble with and everyone who I talked to was very kind to me and treated me like an actual human and not a number. The vintage trumpet I bought was packed exceedingly well, inside and outside the case and the shipping box was proper in size and weight. No unfortunate surprises with condition and photos/description. It was a fantastic used horn that I bought at a good price. The previous owner took good care of the horn, even though they (seemingly) never cleaned the inside of the instrument. A good bath is all it needed. I ordered a Yamaha APXT2 3/4 size travel guitar and within a couple of hours after it arrived at my local store they had the strings changed out for me, and checked out the set up. Since I am a veteran volunteering as a Guitars 4 Vets instructor they fronted me the smaller guage strings I needed to make the playing easier as I have neck and shoulder issues. Couldn't be more pleased!
Guitar showed up and was in great condition. However it had a broken string from shipping. Restrung it and it played great. Just wish packing could have been a little better.
The sale person ( Michael ) was great took me through the sale great with live chat and email and after I received my guitar he called me to check if all was ok with the guitar. GREAT SERVICE. Thanks SamAsh and Michael .
