Upon request over the phone, my service rep David dropped the Sam Ash $339.00 price and matched the $289.00 price at which other major music companies were selling the Yamaha FG-830 acoustic guitar in April. The guitar was delivered in perfect condition within a few days of ordering, and after stretching strings and playing for a few days the guitar plays/sounds amazingly well. Thank you, David!
I placed the order on-line and asked for the item to be double-boxed for shipment. It arrived fairly quickly, brand new, in the manufacturers factory packaging, and was indeed, double-boxed, as requested. Love the item and loved the quality customer service.
