I placed the order on-line and asked for the item to be double-boxed for shipment. It arrived fairly quickly, brand new, in the manufacturers factory packaging, and was indeed, double-boxed, as requested. Love the item and loved the quality customer service.

Ordered a beautiful Fender fretless professional jazz bass. It was shipped in a reasonable amount of time. The shipping company did not update and it was delayed an extra day ( but that was a different review and NOT Sam Ash’s issue ) . The bass is beautiful and I love it .
