Item was received in good order within the promised delivery period. I had previously ordered the item from a competitor, but they did not ship, and when I inquired, they said they had only a demo that was missing 3/4 of the items in the pack.
I bought a vintage Martin mandolin. Even though it played as well as a hundred year old instrument could, it needed a little fine tuning. I contacted Joe from Sam Ash who had the instrument serviced and sent back quickly. The work was done well, and its a keeper! I was very much impressed.
