I loved everything about the buying experience EXCEPT being forced to give my phone number to get a discount. I have had multiple calls from this person which I ignore. I am never ever going to buy something because a Sam Ash employee contacts me. I am more likely to get annoyed and take my business elsewhere.
The guitar is easy to play, the action is very low to the neck, and the neck is smooth and comfortable, the guitar looks good and sounds good, I am very pleased and satisified.
