Great job product was delivered in perfect condition and was great from the factory
Used Michael Kelly ultra 60. Was it very good condition. Intonation was good. Had to adjust nut and bridge to get rid of string buzz. Running thru a Fender Twin Reverbe no effects. Awesome clean sound.
The sales manager Barry Iczi was an absolute pleasure to work with when purchasing my new guitar and is a blessing to the store. The guitar tech however is a jerk. Extremely rude, full of himself and would not even take a quick look at my guitar before I brouggt it home because "I did not pay him"
I have a Sam Ash near me and went in about 6 times to try various acoustic guitars. There were really nice guitars on the wall and I was never bothered, just went in and played until I narrowed down to one I love. Along came guitar fest and I ordered it (it was out at the store). I got the bigger better deal - so I saved. I saw specific pictures of the guitar I was buying. I ordered it and it shipped right away. Arrived in perfect condition and I love it. Could not be happier.
