I needed to return a guitar which I had purchased from Sam Ash on-line. I felt a bit bad about it, but the guitar was not normally stocked at my local Sam Ash retail location, so I had to order it on line in order to try it out. Shipped my product super fast. Had it in stock when sold out everywhere else! Excellent service.
The personnel at Sam Ash Columbus was great! The shipping portion was not as good. Delays, shipping from four different warehouses for a quantity of (4) items of the same part. Needs better stocking and tracking of products. One item that was shown delivered was never delivered from FedEx and took several days to find it never left warehouse.
