The associates and general manager that helped me place my order for an oboe to Hawaii were so helpful and so kind between the few exchanges by online messages as well as phone! It was a fun process to place the order - I felt like I had musical friends from far away immediately - and once the order arrived a couple days later it was like Christmas :) The oboe was as described and it is so fun to play and sounds wonderful.
