My experience was topnotch. David was very helpful and knowledgeable. I got the Revstar (backordered EVERYwhere) I wanted at the right price. I have zero hesitation to use Sam Ash online again.
When I was disappointed that my item broke after only a few uses and let Sam Ash know, they were quick to go beyond accepting my return, they refunded me on the spot without needing the return! This saved me the time and hassle of going to ship the item back and now I'm more confident to do business with Sam Ash in the future, seeing as they stand behind what they sell!
