Christopher Donnelly was terrific to work with. He was ready to help me with a specific guitar purchase and even explained things to me over the phone in more detail. He continued to assist from the time of purchase until delivery. (I personally had an issue with FedEx delivery timing while at work and needing a signature, as they won't just leave the item on the front step and I wouldn't want that either).
