the factory set up of the bass needed adjustment. Took to local store and it is being adjusted at no charge.
I ordered this amp on a Thursday and was playing it Saturday. Super fast shipping and saved about $100.

Personal attention to my order
Never received a call or email when my order arrived at the store. Had to call 800 # and check status myself. Response was quick and item was ready for pickup. Unable to track shipment on web would have made the whole process better.
