My question I had when I came in the store was answered.
Everyone I had contact with was awesome. I'd like to personally commend Jason Hurowitz for being so incredibly awesome. There was a delivery delay from FedEx -- they said the barcode was damaged and wouldn't scan -- but he contacted them with the information they needed to print the replacement barcode quickly, so my package arrived only a day or two late. Great experience, product shipped quickly, was packaged well and communication was good. However, I am sad that Sam Ash is closing its doors - just wanted to throw that out there.
This was my first time ordering from Sam Ash. First of all, I was very surprised with the speed that my new guitar was delivered. The guitar was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. It was nearly in tune, which is amazing considering the distance it traveled. Sam Ash was great to deal with. The ordering process was nice and easy and they delivered a very nice product. What more can I say? Well...I love the Michael Kelly products. The make an outstanding product at a ridiculously low price. WOW!
