Sam Ash has always been my go to store since the 60's. First at the Hempstead store then in Huntington Sta, always had a great experience there. I'm saddened to see it go 😞Â

Guitar was professionally packed in box, was given picks from store and a gold tremolo bar, which should of been cosmo black. Guitar plays great and sounds fantastic.Â
The store manager at the Tampa store was awesome and nice his name is Fernando. I will be buying more things from sam ash .Â

I saw a DW concert height snare drum stand in store and ordered it online and when going to pick it up the store asst mgr and manager assisted with the receipt & invoice order.Â
