Amazing product is very good experience
Sales agent was great. Shipping and packaging of item was sub-optimal: Container (box) shippped in had signicant damaged areas...three to four inches in diameter. The item was loosely packed in box. The ends had styrofoam cushioning, only. I was quite surprised there was no visible damage to item. So far the unit is working as expected. Hopefully there was no internal damage due to shaking of item during transit. Only time will tell.

My experience was good. It arrived in a timely manner. The box was a little beat u from shipping but keyboard was fine. I will order again!
