The Guy who helped me with the was amazing. I saw him a few times at the Torrance location, he had a metallic Trucker cap with a goatee. Also a kid named Alonso was amazing too. If there's any future opportunities available moving forward with sales, these two guys should be your top priority.
Although you didn’t have the color I had chosen, John from the Brooklyn store called and helped locate a brand new kit in a different color. John was very helpful and everything went smoothly.
I recently purchased a guitar amplifier and an electric guitar from Sam Ash. Couldn’t be happier! However, I’m saddened to hear that Sam Ash will be closing its doors after all these years
I got a great used Epiphone Les Paul at a great price with free ground delivery that arrived 3 days after my online order. It was packed well and arrived with no issues. Sadly, this looks like my last purchase from Sam Ash due to it's closure soon. I will miss you guys. Thanks for the memories!
