One of the guitars i ordered was to be shipped from Las Vegas. One of the sales people from the LV store said the only guitar that was in stock was not salable, but he had already found a replacement at another store, secured it and it was on the way from Covina, CA. ABOVE AND BEYOND what most retailers would do. Great service!

Ordered a guitar. Order briefly delayed- called and received immediate assistance. Guitar delivered just a few days later- brand new, beautiful, perfectly packaged. Had to have been a rush order.
