I use to order stuff from Sam Ash over the years but was pleasantly surprised in my recent order. Quickly shipped! A lot of care went into packing my Cymbag (it came in a big box with tons of air pillows). AAA+++ seller. Will put Sam Ash on my shopping list for any musical instrument needs above Sweetwater and GC. Have yet to put their customer support, but if this is any indication of their service in other areas, I highly recommend Sam Ash.

Steven was a great help. My band was looking for a specific analog mixer. He was able locate a store that had one in stock. He helped with price matching and was able to help with the extended warranty. I received the mixer in 3 days. Excellent. Again, excellent service, product and experience. I will definitely be working with Sam Ash in the future.
