I don’t know the person’s name who helped me but he was pleasant and very helpful - He called the Guitar Center in California to let them know that I had a next day air to make sure that the California store got it out - I gave him 5 Stars / You need more Sales people like him

Good price and came quick
David our salesman went above and beyond. He provided what was probably the best customer service I've ever had at corporate retail location. I wish there was a Sam Ash closer to me. I'd honestly probably shop there every week.
Answered my questions and sent the item quickly. Provided a warranty on a used item and gave my assurance it was a good investment.
