Steven was a great help. My band was looking for a specific analog mixer. He was able locate a store that had one in stock. He helped with price matching and was able to help with the extended warranty. I received the mixer in 3 days. Excellent. Again, excellent service, product and experience. I will definitely be working with Sam Ash in the future.
First the customer service was excellent. The price could not have been better and the quick delivery was awesome. It is a Christmas present and hope it is everything my son wants.
Five-Stars!! I found Sam Ash Music online as I was searching for Kawai digital pianos. The model I wanted was on backorder everywhere, but I placed an order with Chris at Sam Ash as they had the best pricing, including shipping. Their customer service was "exemplary" through the entire process! They were in contact with Kawai directly for me, kept me apprised of the status and even followed up with me after the unit arrived here. Glad I found Sam Ash as I will definitely shop here again!
I ordered an item and shortly after cancelled it. Although they inadvertently shipped it anyways, they immediately refunded my order and ensured I didn't have to deal with the return process. This is a big deal in my mind after dealing with another company who unscrupulously tried to force me to accept the order, resulting in a huge hassle. Bottom line is even when Sam Ash might make a mistake, they stand behind their word!
