My 15 year old son saved up all summer to buy a guitar. He found the exact one he wanted as a floor sale and was thrilled! When he went in to pick it up the gentlemen in the store were amazing. They even hooked it up to one of the amps to let him try it out. The salesmen were great and more than helpful. They were eager to answer questions and clearly love what they do. Will only shop at Sam Ash!

Online ordering was smooth it was the notification that was lacking. When I was notified it stated that the item was being shipped to my house instead of store pick as I requested.

This particular location feels like a local/ mom and pop store. As soon as you enter you’re acknowledged (not in an overbearing way). The staff is more than willing to help with any inquiries you have; Israel in particular was very patient, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable.As someone who’s relearning guitar after about 10 years, I’m super happy to have this store in walking distance. I just wish the store opened earlier.

I wasn't sure where to even look when our priests lapel mic needed a new windscreen. I went over to Guitar Center and hoped they could help me but they said sorry they didn't have any. I then called SamAsh and asked them if they could help me locate one. Your associate Dario Cruz was wonderful, he took the time to look it up and call me with the news that he could order one for me.
