Package arrived quicker than expected, contents were thoroughly secured to prevent damage to the item, and being a used item it was in exactly the condition that they advertised.
In general, the experience was good. However, the instrument I bought was listed as new and in stock, but after I issued the purchase order, I was advised that only an open box unit was available, and arrival of new units was unpredictable. I'm not a fan of used or open box, but felt I had no choice if I was to get what I needed when I needed it. The representative was pleasant and did offer a small discount, but it leaves a bit of a bitter taste with me.
