Fantastic price and Excellent Customer service & follow up . I ordered a Tama Dyna Sync Pedal that was a demo model at a great price, but when it arrived the case wasn't included in the shipment. I called Adam, my sales contact, at extension 2353 and he apologized for the over site stating that sometimes when they pull a demo model, the the case or paperwork may not be readily available, (as a demo model, I know that can sometimes happen) but he would contact the store and make sure it was remedied. .
