Shipping cost was included with the price. I'm pretty sure this actually equates to "Ships for free," literally since, had I had to make an extra trip by going to a physical Sam Ash location, the price would have been the same. I greatly appreciate that. The order shipped very quickly too.

Ordered an open box discount special. Had no idea what the condition of the guitar would be but I was prepared for a slightly used guitar in exchange for the savings. The box arrived securely packaged, double boxed in sturdy cardboard. To my complete surprise the “open box special” held a guitar still in it’s original factory wrap. I needed a keyboard quickly and contacted Sam Ash on a Sunday afternoon. My associate listened to what I needed, and my price range, and found me a Yamaha keyboard that was on sale, for $100 of the regular price. He saved me a trip to the store by telling me the demo was pretty beat up, but he could order one of the two remaining in the warehouse in Tampa. So I did, and it arrived on Tuesday! Yea for Sam Ash!
