I ordered acoustic guitar strings online which were available at my local SamAsh store. Got a phone call within a couple of hours. Brought the guitar in for a set up with the new strings and got a call back within two hours that my guitar was ready. Setup was perfect and I am a happy customer!
Very good and informative except I'm one area the setup Package information was lacking in one particular issue other than that the guitar is very good and plays well just needs a setup and string change. Would definitely use online ordering again.
I gave you 4stars because my first guitar had a large paint chip but you eventually shipped me another one that was in excellent condition so I was happy once I received it (took 3 weeks)
